2011 Suzuki SX4 Review
The 2011 Suzuki SX4’s most appealing feature is available all-wheel drive. Shoppers who don’t need this option should research the competition — there are more affordable cars with better fuel economy ratings available.
As time passes, the Suzuki SX4 loses its charm. It offers all-wheel drive, a GPS system and other tech savvy features that the competition offers, but it still manages to get lost in the crowd. “Certain buyers may still find the SX4 suits them well, and there are no red flags on the reliability or safety fronts to caution otherwise,” explains Cars.com. “But the car has been leapfrogged by its competitors – in gas mileage, interior quality, ride comfort and more. It still has some neat tricks, but for all the compromises, the SX4′s charm is wearing thin.” That’s exactly the problem; the Suzuki SX4 is a good car, but it’s not great like the Ford Fiesta or Honda Fit because it’s easily topped when you cross-compare fuel economy, performance and price.
The SX4 is available in four models: a sedan, a sport sedan, sportback and crossover. The SX4 starts at $13,499 for the sedan, and reaches $16,999 for the base crossover.
