Some reviews about 2010 Equinox:

“2010 Equinox movable back seat is great; interior detailing on leather is very upscale for this price range. Two-tone interior is stunning & very tasteful. Even the LT model is well equipped for the price.”

“I Purchased 2010 Equinox as new and could not be happier. There is a lot of interior room for passengers and cargo. The ride is very smooth and the entire layout of controls was well thought out.”

“2010 Equinox is Best crossover on the market. Great gas mileage, interior is well done and comfortable. Very quiet and performs well. I don’t know why anyone would consider an import. GM is building world class cars and while it was built in Canada, the money goes to an American Company, not overseas.”

I recently purchased a 2010 Equinox from a Chevy dealer in St. Charles, IL and after 2 months the airbag service light came on intermittently. Of course, I brought it to the dealer who said it was a undercarriage wiring problem they fixed under a GM Warning Bulletin. Well, here it is second day and the air bag service lights comes back on. So is it that the dealer cannot fix it or are they milking the warranty dollars??? any comments

I purchased a 2010 Equinox and really like the vehicle with a couple of exceptions. The check engine light is on at least 40% of the time. Dealer says it was either wired wrong or the nox indicator is faulty. I think he is incorrect since the engine pings almost constantly so I believe the nox indicators works but the dealer can’t see the forest for the trees. I do not like it that the doors unlock whebn the car is put into park, could be dangerous in some areas. Mileage and ride are excellent, interior room is great but backing up is iffy due to poor rear visability. Overall the car is a great value.
